Hybrin Under-Eye Cream is clinically advanced, triple action formula designed to target dark circles, puffiness, fine lines, and uneven skin tone with a synergistic blend of peptides, antioxidants, brightening agents, and hydration boosters. 

Hybrin Under-Eye Cream is infused with:

Pharmacology

Mechanism of Action: 

  • Peptides stimulate collagen synthesis, improve skin firmness, and reduce puffiness (e.g., SYN-COLL, Eyeseryl, SYN-EYE). 
  • Biophytex & Adipoless improve microcirculation and capillary strength, reducing dark circles and inflammation. 
  • Juveneye CLR works on melanin transport and breakdown, lightening pigmentation. 
  • SabiWhite & Clair Blanche-II offer plant-based tyrosinase inhibition for brightening. 
  • Caffeine & Bisabolol soothe and de-puff the under-eye area. 
  • Sodium Hyaluronate & Panthenol repair the skin barrier and enhance hydration. 
  • Glutathione & Niacinamide deliver antioxidant defense, lighten skin, and improve tone uniformity.
Indications

Hybrin Under Eye Cream is indicated for:

  • Dark circles (vascular and pigmentary) 
  • Puffiness and under-eye bags 
  • Fine lines and early aging signs 
  • Dull, dehydrated under-eye skin 
  • Post aesthetic treatments for faster skin recovery 
Dosage
  • Use twice daily, morning and evening. 
  • Apply a pea-sized amount using the ring finger, dabbing gently onto clean, dry under-eye skin. 
  • Allow full absorption before applying makeup or sunscreen.
Precautions
General

  • Perform a patch test before first-time application. 
  • Safe to use with most skincare products.
 Warnings

Pregnancy
  • All active ingredients, including those Ecocert-certified, are considered safe in topical concentrations during pregnancy and breastfeeding. 
  • Always recommend dermatologist consultation before use in sensitive cases.
Adverse Effects
  • Rare: Mild tingling, slight warmth upon application. 
  • Very rare: Redness, allergic contact dermatitis in sensitive individuals.
Overdosage

  • Topical overdose unlikely.
  • Overuse may cause temporary irritation or sensitivity.
  • Rinse off with cool water and discontinue if symptoms persist.

Pharmacology
Ketoconazole (2%) 
  • An imidazole antifungal that disrupts fungal cell membrane synthesis by inhibiting lanosterol 14α-demethylase, an enzyme required for the production of ergosterol, a key component of fungal cell membranes.
  • Effective against fungi including Malassezia furfur, Candida spp., and Dermatophytes.
Zinc Pyrithione (ZPTO) (1%) 
  • Possesses antifungal, antibacterial, and anti-seborrheic properties.
  • Acts by inhibiting the membrane transport systems of fungi and yeasts, especially Malassezia, the yeast implicated in dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis.
  • Also has mild keratolytic action which helps in the shedding of dead skin cells and improving scalp and skin health.

Indications

Siloap Soap is indicated for the topical treatment of: 

  • Seborrheic dermatitis (scalp and body) 
  • Dandruff 
  • Tinea versicolor (pityriasis versicolor) 
  • Tinea corporis and cruris (ringworm infections)
  • Fungal skin infections with inflammation and flaking 
  • Scalp psoriasis (as adjunct therapy) 
Dosage

Frequency: Once or twice daily or as prescribed. 

Method: 

  • Wet the affected area. 
  • Apply Siloap Soap to form a rich lather. Leave the lather on the skin/scalp for 3–5 minutes to allow adequate contact time 
  • Rinse thoroughly with water. 

Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and mucosal surfaces.

Precautions

General 

  • Meant for external use only. 
  • Avoid use on open wounds, eyes, or mucous membranes. 
  • Discontinue use if irritation or hypersensitivity occurs. 
  • Keep the soap dry between uses to avoid product degradation. 
  • Prolonged or unnecessary use may cause skin irritation or resistance. 
  • Avoid use in children under 12 years unless directed by a physician. 
  • Long-term use without clinical supervision may lead to over-drying or resistance. 
  • Hypersensitivity to ketoconazole, Zinc Pyrithione, or any component of the soap. 
  • Active open wounds or broken skin at the application site. Drug Interaction 
  • No known significant drug interactions with topical use. 
  • Avoid concurrent use of other topical antifungals or corticosteroids unless advised by a healthcare professional.
Pregnancy
  • Classified as Category C for topical ketoconazole.
  • Use with caution during pregnancy and lactation; only if clearly indicated. 
  • Limited systemic absorption when used topically.
Adverse Effects
  • Mild burning, redness, itching, or stinging at the application site. 
  • Dryness or oiliness of hair or skin (especially with frequent use). 
  • Rare: Allergic contact dermatitis, skin discoloration. 
  • No systemic side effects expected with proper topical use.
Overdosage
  • Topical overdose is rare and typically not serious. 
  • Accidental ingestion may result in nausea, vomiting, and GI discomfort. 
  • Management: Supportive care. Seek immediate medical attention in case of ingestion.
Storage
  • Store at room temperature (15–25°C). 
  • Keep away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture. 
  • Do not freeze. 
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Pharmacology
Mepyramine Maleate:  A first-generation antihistamine that blocks H1 receptors to relieve itching and allergic skin reactions.
 
Zinc Oxide: Acts as a skin protectant and mild astringent with anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties. 

Calamine: A mixture of zinc oxide with a hint of iron oxide, known for its cooling, soothing, and anti-itch effects on irritated or inflamed skin. 

Purified Water: Acts as a solvent and base, ensuring smooth application and delivery of active ingredients. 
Together, these ingredients offer antipruritic, soothing, protective, and mild antiseptic effects for various skin irritations.
Indications

Itchcal Lotion is indicated for: 

  • Itching due to insect bites, allergic reactions, or rashes 
  • Chickenpox-associated itching 
  • Prickly heat and sunburn 
  • Minor burns, skin irritation, or eczema 
  • Contact dermatitis or mild allergic skin conditions
Dosage
Apply a thin layer to the affected area 2 to 3 times daily or as directed by a physician. Shake well before use.
